Diamond Gold Grillz Guarantee and Warranty policy

All of our Custom made Gold grillz are Guaranteed to fit the mold that was shipped in for manufacturing. It's very important to send us a good and clean impression. If your having trouble please contact us.

  • limited lifetime warranty

    As a retailer we warrant Custom made products to you, the original retail purchaser, to be free from material manufacturing defects.
  • Repair & Refurbishing

    Diamond Gold Grillz assumes no responsibility either express or implied on products that were not manufactured by us. We do not guarantee or warranty responsibility for products that we are servicing. Labor rates for repairing & refurbishing may have additional charges which are unknown until product has be inspected by one of our master jewelers.
  • Guaranteed to fit

    All custom made Diamond Gold Grillz are guaranteed to fit the Manufacturing mold sent in. If you are having complications during fitment, please notify us immediately, to discuss options.
  • Warranty Exceptions

    Defects or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or from accident. Any and all modifications, alterations, or repairs done outside Diamond Gold Grillz voids all guarantees and warranties.

Warranty Services?

Under these Limited Warranties, all of the legal liability of our store is limited to repair, or replacement if due to manufacture defects.

These Limited Warranties are not applicable for any of our products which ave been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization from our store.

What is needed to maintain my Warranty?

Diamond Gold Grillz cleaning solution and polishing services and products must be used to maintain your warranty.

  • 1 year Limited Warranty

    This limited warranty is for the original purchaser and will renew each year assuming our cleaning products and services are used to clean, polish, and maintain Diamond Gold Grillz custom made product.
  • Annual Usage and Maintenance Check

    High Value Diamond Gold Grillz products must be cared for and inspected annually by our trained professionals to ensure jewelery is free of any issues, defects and/or physical damages, failure to comply with this will void all guarantees and/or warranties express or implied.

Upgrades, Refunds and Returns

Diamond Gold Grillz accepts returns, exchanges and upgrades within (30) days of purchase, on all products that are not CUSTOM MADE. Items returned must be in new and unused state. All sales on custom manufactured products are final and non-refundable. If your order cannot be manufactured due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you to discuss options or offer a refund less our restocking fee. Restocking fee consists of but not limited to any costs incurred from wax models, 3D printing, product design, casting, stone setting, polishing and finishing. Please note all orders are unique in size, cost and nature.
